Deep expertise in target-state architectural design
Proficiency with relational (SQL) and NoSQL data modeling, schema design, and data governance
Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures (e.g. event buses, message queues)
Experience migrating messy, legacy, or under-schematized environments toward modern frameworks
Experience designing cloud-native data architectures (e.g. AWS)
Experience defining data retention, lifecycle, backup, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies
Ability to defend technical proposals with evidence and operate in ambiguous environments
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
What makes you stand out
Prior experience building or standing up a dedicated data/platform architecture function from scratch.
