Deel is expanding aggressively across LATAM, and the markets driving the next phase of growth are ones where global employment infrastructure is still an unfamiliar concept. This role exists to change that.
As Field Marketing Manager, Campaigns (LATAM), you own the regional campaign engine. You will translate strategy into localized execution across digital, webinars, and high-engagement channels including messaging apps and influencer partnerships. Working in close partnership with the Field Marketing Manager for Events, you will ensure every touchpoint drives toward a single outcome: a market that understands the problem Deel solves and trusts us to solve it.
You are a hands-on, digital-native marketer who knows how to get things done in LATAM. You understand the business landscape deeply, from the startup ecosystem of São Paulo to the enterprise corridors of Mexico City. You are obsessed with pipeline impact, comfortable in the data, and confident operating the tools that power modern campaign execution. You communicate with clarity, collaborate naturally across Sales, Events, and global teams, and know how to move work forward in a matrixed environment.
Campaign Ownership: Own and execute the regional campaign calendar across digital, webinars, and owned and emerging channels.
Strategy to Execution: Translate regional marketing strategy into tactical campaign plans, owning timelines, channel selection, and budget allocation to ensure global priorities land with precision in LATAM.
Localization: Adapt global campaigns for LATAM audiences, ensuring every asset reflects local tone, language, proof points, and customer references.
ABM Execution: Build and manage ABM programs in close partnership with Sales, from account selection and multi-channel sequencing through to conversion.
Sales Enablement: Equip local Sales teams with market-specific assets — localized case studies, regional messaging, and product narratives tailored to the objections and buying realities of each market.
Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with the Field Marketing Manager for Events to ensure campaign and event touchpoints drive toward shared pipeline goals.
Community and Partner Marketing: Activate local partner ecosystems, industry communities, and regional networks to build trust, expand reach, and accelerate pipeline in markets where relationships drive buying decisions.
Performance Tracking: Own day-to-day campaign reporting, leveraging real-time data to identify what is working, diagnose what is not, and drive tactical adjustments that protect pipeline targets.
Budget Management: Own the regional campaign budget, allocating resources across channels and programs to maximize pipeline impact and ensure accountability across all spend.
Agency Management: Own relationships with regional agencies and vendors for campaign production, localization, and execution support.
Market Intelligence: Surface regional insights, channel trends, and audience behavior back to the Global Emerging Markets team to sharpen global strategy.
AI and Automation: Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to increase execution speed, output quality, and campaign scale.
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity in demand generation, field marketing, or campaign management within LATAM.
Proven track record of driving pipeline impact in close partnership with Sales.
Hands-on ABM experience across the full cycle: account selection, multi-channel sequencing, and Sales alignment on target accounts.
Proven experience managing agencies and vendors for campaign production, localization, and execution support.
Data-driven and analytical; confident working with pipeline dashboards, ROI metrics, and attribution models.
Strong communicator with the presence and credibility to influence senior Sales stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.
Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce), marketing automation, and high-engagement messaging platforms.
Active user of AI tools in your daily workflow; you use them to increase output and quality, not just experiment with them.
Experience working in a remote and asynchronous environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
Willingness to travel regionally (30-40%).
